BOOGIEMAN PRE-WORKOUT DOSAGE
Dissolve a single serving of the product – 3.3 g (0.5 scoops) in 100 ml of water using a shaker. Use the preparation 30 minutes before the planned workout.
Do not use before bedtime. Do not consume with other products that are a source of caffeine or other ingredients with similar effects. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
