Recommended dosage

Mix a dose of 5 g (slightly heaped teaspoon) with 500 ml of water and drink during the whole day. The teaspoon is not part of the package! Maximum daily dose is 5 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Once opened, keep in a temperature not exceeding 25°C and consume within 3 months.
