Recommended dosage
Mix 10 g with 300 – 400 ml of water and drink 15 minutes before physical activity or immediately after finishing your training. You can also drink it during physical activity. The maximum daily dose is 10 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Use
10 g = ca. ½ measuring scoop. Mix the recommended dose well with water. After opening keep at a temperature up to 25°C and use within 3 months
