Casein, along with whey protein, is a large group of milk proteins, making up roughly 80% of the protein content of milk. It is absorbed more slowly than whey protein, making it less ideal as a post-workout protein and is recommended for evening consumption.
100% Casein Complex is a protein formula containing both micellar casein concentrate and calcium caseinate. The main differences between the casein forms are in their structure, chemical properties and rate of utilisation.
100% Casein Complex is high in protein, which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
We have also added L-glutamine and taurine to the formula, as well as plant enzymes Papain and Bromelain.
